JOYCE TROEGEL Even though Joyce Troegel lives in the Texas Hill Country near Comfort and Center Point, much of her work is from the urban landscape. The architectural shapes of buildings in large cities have much appeal, and she translates the scenes with watercolor or acrylic. In recent years she has been exploring collage, various forms of printmaking, and a combination of techniques.
